Anneline Kriel who was the winner of Miss World 1974 beauty contest, not only famed as a South African model but a good actress. When she won the crown of Miss World 1974, she was only 19 years old, representing South Africa and second woman who won the title from her country. The Miss World 1974 beauty contest was held in London, United Kingdom.

It was the 24th Miss World Pageant contest that held on 22nd November at Royal Albert Hall, London, England. First Helen Elizabeth Morgan who representing United Kingdom was became the second welsh and also forth United Kingdom lady to win. But suddenly she resigned after four days as she had a child and then Anneline Kriel became the Miss World 1974.

Anneline Kriel played a main role and starred as a actress in the worldwide hit film “Kill and Kill Again” that debuted at the 2nd, at US Box Office.

Anneline Kriel got married with Sol Kerzner-very famous entertainment and casino king (Sun City fame) then with Peter Bacon and also married with the late Phillip Tucker.

1973 Miss World Marjorie Wallace

Marjorie Wallace became the title holder of Miss World 1973 by winning the crown for beauty pageant representing USA. From her country, she was the first woman who won the crown of Miss World pageant.

As Marjorie won the title of Miss Indiana World competition was held in Clarksville, Indiana. After winning this title, she decided to ramp on Miss World contest. Her determination and willpower made her win the title of Miss World by beating 53 participants. In March 1974, the crown for Miss World was taken away back from her.

Wallace was born on 23 January, 1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a famous model of United States but later on time she changed her field and turned way and became television presenter also including a stint as an early co-host of Entertainment Tonight.

1972 Miss World Belinda Green

Belinda Roma Green, representing Australia, she was the most beauty became the title holder 1972 Miss World contest that was held in London, United Kingdom. She was only 20 years old when she won the title. After Penelope Plummer-Miss World 1968, she was the second woman who crowned of Miss World by wining the pageant contest from her country.

Belinda Green was born in 1952 and grew up in Sydney. Her victory came in same year means Australia get the success by winning three titles of pageant like win the title of Miss Universe (by Kerry Anne Wells), the crown of Miss Asia Pacific ( by Janet Coutts ) and more over positioned at first runner-up in the Miss International.

Belinda Green was married with John Singleton who was advertising entrepreneur. After their marriage they blessed with two cute daughters but she stayed with him for more than a few years until 1987.
